Your Battery Temperature Is Too Low Lenovo. I have same problem of battery temp is low and my phone was not charging. In order to diagnose this I would recommend installing a third party battery monitor which can monitor temperature.
It was directly in front of the Ac vent. I have same problem of battery temp is low and my phone was not charging. It had contact with water so I think this might be the reason.
Im now getting the battery temp too high issue even though the phone seems cool to the touch.
Will check it in a few hours when the battery has been fully charged. Hello my Galaxy S6 Edge shows Battery temperature too low when trying to charge doesnt matter if USB or inductive. When i picked it up after sometime it felt really cold. The only solution is to wait for the battery to heat up or cool down until it reaches the required temperature.
